Chamaecyparis Obtusa ‘Butterball’

Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Butterball’ is a dwarf globose of Hinoki cypress with stunning bright yellow foliage. It has a great resistance to sun scald and is quite a hardy variety. The sprays of foliage maintain a relatively vertical habit. It doesn’t have as dense clusters as others do but this can be advantageous for better air circulation. Height and spread 60cm (24”).
