What happens if I’m not home when my plants arrive?
Someone must be available to receive and care for the plants upon delivery. We recommend having your order sent to a work address if you’re not typically home during delivery hours. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Why was I charged more than the product price?
For orders under £50 using standard shipping, a £12.95 shipping fee applies. There may also be customs or import duties depending on your country’s regulations, which are the customer’s responsibility.
