Lychnis Coronaria ‘Alba’

The deserved winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit, Lychnis coronaria ‘Alba’ is a must for every sunny, well-drained border. The silver-grey felted leaves provide year-round interest and beautifully offset the masses of pure white flowers, which are held aloft on airy silver stems throughout summer. Trouble-free and easy to grow, rose campion puts on a stunning display from June right through to early autumn, with blooming prolonged by regular deadheading. Bees are attracted to the nectar- and pollen-rich flowers, which are superb in combination with salvias, Eryngium and Oenothera.
