Order Processing
We carefully prepare all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Trackable service with delivery updates
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Compost (opened bags)
- All Flower & Shrub Seeds (opened packets)
- Allium Bulbs (once planted)
- Annual Plants (due to their perishable nature)
- Alpine & Rockery Plants (specialist items)
How to Return an Item
- Contact us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide details: Include your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package securely: Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return: Send to our Leeds address (provided in your approval email).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Refund Methods & Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- PayPal: Refunds processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you wish an exchange
- Specify the replacement product you’d like
We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong product:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
