Verbena Homestead Purple

One of the most popular trailing verbenas, Verbena ‘Homestead Purple’ is a hardworking addition to container displays or the front of borders for vibrant colour throughout summer and autumn. Rounded heads of bright purple flowers are held above serrated green foliage on a bushy, spreading plant that is a magnet for bees and butterflies. This half-hardy perennial can be overwintered with a thick mulch in mild areas or otherwise brought into an unheated glasshouse or conservatory. Height: 30cm (12in). Spread: 40cm (16in).
