Vitex Agnus-castus ‘Albus’

Vitex agnus-castus ‘Albus’ is a rarely seen shrub with narrow, aromatic foliage. The slender white flower spikes are borne in late summer and early autumn, attracting bees and butterflies to its rich nectar. This upright, spreading shrub is often mistaken for Buddleja but has a far more refined appearance. A superb choice for a sunny spot where it is protected from cold winds, and particularly effective in a Mediterranean planting schemes and cottage garden borders. Height and spread: 180cm (70″).
